Weddings during 2011

In short:

Wedding packages during 2011: (can be customized according to your requirements)

• Package A: ± 120 photos: R5400 (usually for small weddings where not many photos are needed)
  

• Package B: ± 200 photos: R6700 (This is my standard wedding package, suitable for most weddings)

• Package C: ± 300 photos: R8000 (For big weddings, or if you love allot of photos, this package is ideal for you)

Storybook Album option:

• Custom designed Storybook Album : add R3800 to any of the above packages

Now for the long version:

The cost structure to photograph a wedding in 2011 is as follows:

• Package cost: There are three package options - Budget (package A), Standard (package B) & Deluxe (package C). The Standard wedding package cost is R6700, and includes ± 200 printed photos. Then there's a smaller Budget package for R5400 including ± 120 printed photos, and a Deluxe package including ± 300 printed photos for R8000.
  

• To add a Custom designed Storybook Album to any of the packages above, the added cost will be R3800.

• Travel fee: A travel fee will be applicable only if the kilometers traveled exceed 100 kilometers, usually if the wedding location is beyond Paarl, Gordon’s Bay or Melkbosstrand. I do travel country wide for weddings.

Examples:

The above packages consist of a combination of colour and black & white photographs. I usually develop 15 black & white, 15 sepia, and the rest in colour. You can let me know if you prefer a different combination.

A deposit of R2000 will confirm your booking

Included in the wedding packages mentioned above:

• The development of the photos in Jumbo size (4x6" / 10x15 cm)
• 8 x A5 (6x9" / 15x22 cm) enlargements, 2 x A4 (8x12" / 20x30 cm) enlargements
• 40 Thank you cards (4x6" / 10x15 cm)
• All the high resolution digital negatives on data DVD
• The design and production of the Storybook if selected
• The printed photos are placed in a standard photo album (included in the package).

The printed photos are developed in Matt, without any border, unless otherwise requested.

I take my photos with professional Digital SLR Cameras (Full frame DSLR). As part of the package, the digital negatives are provided to you on data DVD, as high resolution jpeg images. The majority of these images are between 15 and 21 megapixels in size. Smaller quality images that can be used for email, FaceBook, etc. are also included.

I'm available from when you start with your make-up, until late in the evening when all the table group photos has been taken, the cutting of the cake, throwing of the garter and bouquet, dance photos, speeches, etc. I won't leave until you are satisfied that I've captured everything you wanted.
